NWD Principal Designer Service
The current CDM Regulations 2015 places specific responsibilities on The Client, The Principal Contractor, Contractors and all Designers.
Where there is more than one contractor on any project clients must appoint a competent Principal Designer to ensure that all duty holders and associated Health and Safety matters are put in place during the pre-construction phase.
The Principal Designer must have the knowledge and experience in the design of buildings and be fully conversant with the current CDM Regulations 2015.
We at NWD Architects have our own in-house Principal Designer team who have the required knowledge and experience in a diverse range of projects from New-build, refurbishment and large extensions to buildings. NWD's Principal Designers are all members of the Association of Project Safety (APS).
