This key role will see you leading the business growth by exploring opportunities within existing and new sectors, whilst taking a hands-on approach as a skilled architecture designer working on a diverse range of new build and renovation projects including but not limited to; Heritage, Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial and Retail. You’ll be involved with projects from conception to completion which will include meeting prospective and existing clients at their offices and sites, predominantly across the North West of England, The Midlands, Shropshire, Herefordshire and North & Mid Wales.
 

What will I need to be considered for this role?

 

·         Proven experience as a Senior Architect working on a diverse range of projects including

         - Residential,        
         - Commercial       
         - Retail       
         - Healthcare

·         Commercial acumen with ambition and passion to drive the business forward

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in a client facing role

·         Conscientious and passionate about delivering high standards

·         IT proficiency with strong working knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD

·         Up to date knowledge of Planning Legislation and Building Regulations

·         Full UK driving licence

 

You will work from open plan offices situated in Kelsall, near Chester, right in the heart of Cheshire and conveniently located from home.
